WINE COUNTRY VILLA
 Located above the rolling vineyards of the Valley of the Moon, on top of
the Miakama Mountains between the Sonoma and Napa Valleys, this property
evokes the mood of Tuscany. The ten room, two story, three bedroom and
three bathroom villa is located on three beautifully landscaped acres.
surrounded by hundred year old oak trees, pine trees and a Syrah
vineyard, the villa has been imported directly from Tuscany, Italy. The
interior and exterior shutters, windows and doors were hand picked and
shipped from Italy by the owners. The main rooms of the Villa contain
European antiques and lush fabric treatments.

$4,700 for up to 100 guests
each person over 100 at $15.00 per guest. |

$3,900 for up to 100 guests on all other evenings

Rental of the three-bed room Villa is an additional $1,500 for three nights |

Special Event Insurance: Required including host liquor liability.
Usually around $250.00
Additional information: Shuttles to and from the Villa for the event
are required for events with more than 17 cars. Preapproved wedding
coordinator or Sasha Souza Events event design & coordination required.
