Once you have arrived at the hilltop Villa and the majestic iron gate at the entrance, you will take in the glory of the property's Mediterranean style tile & stucco courtyard complete with circular three tier fountain, tile steps leading to grand doorways and moorish architecture. Blooming exquisitely with climbing bougainvillea, potted and garden roses, palm trees and annual flowers. A passageway to the right of the main house door leads to a colonnade complete with waterfall and a shaded area.

Just beyond the colonnade is the most dramatic view of them all -- the ocean beyond the bluff. The rear of the house with it's lagoon like pool, koi fish pond and fountains is a relaxing place to have a ceremony or dinner. Clusters of palms decorate the space nearest the house and you have an unobstructed view off of the bluff that overlooks the ocean beyond. The space is very flexible and can be used in many different ways to suit the client's needs.

A large lighthouse stands guard over the tennis courts -- a gorgeous entrance for any bride and her wedding party would be down the spiraling staircase to either the courtyard ceremony or to dinner. The entry to the tennis court is awesome on its' own... a semi-circle of tall columns rising high above the court with Greco-Roman seating and tall stairs leading down to the court. A great dining area for more than 300 guests.

$4,000 - $10,000 to rent the property for the day of the wedding depending on guest count and spaces used

Music: Amplified outdoors ok with noise restrictions until midnight

Other information:
portable sanitation, Shuttles to and from the property is preferred but not required. Sasha Souza Events event design & coordination required.
