This brand new property is marvelous, a 4BR/3BA vineyard-flanked villa perched high above the Valley of the Moon that offers a striking Wine Country view. Newly planted vines grace the hills on either side of the house on the east and west. Views for miles include a long patchwork of vineyards, quaint Sonoma towns and meandering tree-rimmed creeks. In the distance you can see almost all the major peaks & landmarks that make the San Francisco Bay Area famous. From Mt. Tam to the San Francisco Golden Gate & the Bay Bridge around to Mt. Diablo. Views like this for your wedding are far & few apart...making this property a one of a kind beauty.

There’s an expansive terrace, with a pool and a fountain which serve as the major focal point. The first-story veranda, accessible from the house’s interior rooms looks out through a colonnade of arches to the great view. Above the lower veranda, a second level is accessible from two of the upstairs bedrooms and a sitting room. The building's stucco exterior, colored olive green and creamy white, is topped with French tile and trimmed with cast-iron lanterns.

Facility Fee: Starts at $3,000 for up to 150 guests plus 2 nights lodging is required at $1,900 per night. This includes: Exclusive use of the property & house interiors from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning. Four guest rooms sleeping up to 8 people only. Wedding ceremony & reception time of any 7 hours from first guest arrival to departure, shuttles required for all guests & vendors.

Food: Preferred Caterer Only. Menu cost is separate from facility fees.

Beverages: Beer, Wine, Champagne or Hard Alcohol when purchased through caterer

Music: DJ or maximum 6 piece band — your choice amplified within noise parameters until 10 p.m. Guests must depart by 11 p.m.
